Correct or remove your details
If we hold something about you that is wrong, or that you don't want us to hold, tell us here.
What we may hold about a coach
- Your name or trading name, and links you publish yourself (website, Instagram handle)
- Prices and service details shown on your own public pages, with the page they came from
- Prices that clients have told us they pay, which are not published under your name at this stage
What happens when you ask
- We reply by email, normally within a few days and always within one month.
- We may ask you to confirm from an address shown on your own website, so that nobody else can remove you.
- A removal deletes your details and blocks them from being collected again. We keep only a scrambled fingerprint of your name, handle and website, which is how the block works.
- Prices that clients told us they pay stay in the figures for the market as a whole, with nothing left that points to you.
